INFINITE SEED features artworks that explore collective healing through the interconnectedness of the earthly and the cosmic space, considering themes which revealed themselves while society was in isolation - spirituality, nature, introspection, and power they have to connect us to one another.

Especially considering its location within nature, and a place that specifically harvests nutrients for the community, the show encourages healing and self-reflection through the metaphysical.

The show is opening on the summer solstice to honor the cosmic significance of the longest day of the year and the bounty the sun brings to the farm.

VIDEO PROGRAMMING

As part as INFINITE SEED’s online programming, we will also feature video works by Ezekiel Binns, Gabriel Sommer,PaulaWilson and Antonia Wright. Antonia Wright presents And So With Ends Comes Beginnings, where Wright uses gallons of silver paint to cover her 9-month pregnant belly, as it contracts and expands. The work alludes to mankind’s threats on the environment highlighting sea level risings, while embracing our duality in our power to create and bring forth a new dawn through birth. In contrast, Paula Wilson’s Spread Wild: Pleasures of the Yucca , is a work about the harmony found between mankind and the natural world, depicting a group of naturalists manifesting the pollinating dance of the yucca plant and yucca moth. Finally, Ezekiel Binns’s work BlueDayJin is a video of a day compressed into one minute, revealing transmutations that suggest the dawn of life itself.

Featuring video works by Antonia Wright, Paula Wilson, Gabriel Sommer and Ezekiel Jahbari Binns.
